If you are an individual, with no business use, whose employer does not offer a salary packaging option then a Consumer Loan is your only option. Consumer Loans are designed for those who wish to finance a vehicle for personal use.

BUSINESS LOAN

Hire Purchase
Corporate Hire Purchase (CHP) is similar to leasing except that the customer claims the allowable depreciation on the vehicle or equipment plus the interest component as a tax deduction. CHP is a commercial finance facility that allows you to retain ownership of the vehicle at the end of the contract.

Lease
Leasing is a tax effective product that allows you to finance your vehicle without capital outlay as the finance company purchases the vehicle and then leases it back to you over a fixed term. Available to companies, self-employed and individuals.

Novated
Novated Leases offer an attractive finance arrangement to individuals who are paid a car allowance as part of their salary package. It becomes a three way agreement between an employer, employee and the finance company. This allows employees to purchase the car of their choice from their pre-tax salary, via their employer.

CHATTEL MORTGAGE

Allows you to claim back the GST on your next BAS statement whilst continuing to enjoy the benefits of a commercial application. Available to sole proprietors, partnerships and companies.
